Our summer rental season for check-ins in 2008 begins on June 23rd and ends on August 30th. All of our rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Our guests are invited to check-in after 2 PM on their arrival Saturday and must check-out by 10 AM on their departure Saturday. A deposit of 1/2 the total rent of the property plus 3% reservation fee is due within ten (10) days of receipt of your rental agreement. The balance of the rent must be paid in full forty-five (45) days before your arrival date.  A security deposit of $200 (by way of personal check) is due on the arrival Saturday and, provided there are no damages, is mailed back to the tenant on the Tuesday after departure.  No pets allowed!
